Lens/Monster: Thoon Thrall
Thoon thralls are humanoids captured by the mind flayers of Thoon (usually via not-yet-statted Thoon infiltrators) and turned into sleeper agents. The sample statblock assumes a very normal human.

Active Form:
Most of the time, the Thoon thrall is in his dormant form. However, he can take
a Ready maneuver to start his transformation into the active form. Usually this
is telepathically commanded by a Thoon infiltrator. The transformation takes 5
seconds, during which the Thoon thrall may move and act normally, but the
active form’s effects do not work until the transformation is over. The thrall
can resume his dormant form, but he rarely lives to do that.
In his active form, the Thoon thrall
regenerates 1 HP per second, as his veins bulge out of the skin. However, every
second he must roll against HT (14+ always fails). Failure means loss of 1d FP;
critical failure that the Thoon thrall explodes. Treat this as a 6dx(HP/10)
crushing explosion. The blast instantly reduces the thrall to -10xHP,
regardless of the damage it inflicts. Note that if the thrall loses
consciousness, he still continues to roll against HT every second. This
explosion also triggers on any critical failure on the HT roll for a major
wound or any failure on any HT roll to avoid death by 3+.
