Monster: Troglodyte
Troglodytes are underground-dwelling reptilian humanoids that can exude a nauseating musk. The racial template is cheap enough to be fitting for player characters. I've always been fond of the troglodytes.

Stench: When a troglodyte is angry or frightened, it
secretes an oily, musklike chemical that nearly every form of animal life finds
offensive. Any creature that inhales the stench exuded by the troglodyte in a
4-yard radius must make a successful HT roll or become nauseated for margin of
failure minutes. Troglodytes are immune to this effect.
