Monsters: J-Monsters

The letter J of the Monster Manual II doesn't really have much interesting. Jermlaines are tiny ugly fey with an affinity for rats. Juggernaut is a stone steamroller with an extremely random array of spell-like abilities (I trimmed it a bit). Julajimus sounds like a fairy tale monster that eats children.

    Roar: A julajimus can release a roar that deals 2d non-incendiary burning damage to all creatures within 8 yards of him. If any damage penetrates the target’s DR, he must make a HT roll, at -1 per 2 points of penetrating damage, or suffer gain Deafness (p. B129) for (20-HT) minutes (minimum 1 minute). This ability works equally well in air and underwater, but can be blocked by Silence. Each use costs 1 FP.
