Monster: Fiendwurm

What a cool monster! One of my favorites from the Monster Manual II. An earthworm enlarged and enraged by fiendish magic, eternally in pain due to a portal to Abyss embedded in its stomach. Can both transport others to Abyss be swallowing them and spit out demons (and, very likely, devour them later).

    Fangs (11): thrust 12d+2 impaling (KYOS: 9d+1 impaling), Reach C.
    Acidic Hide: The creature secretes an acid that dissolves. Any organic creature or object touching the fiendwurm takes 1d-2 corrosion damage per second. Any metallic creature or object touching the fiendwurm takes 2d corrosion damage per second. Any stone creature or object touching the fiendwurm takes 4d corrosion damage per second.
    Death Rift: Upon its death, a fiendwurm’s portal implodes. Every creature within 4 yards of the fiendwurm that fails a DX roll is drawn into the collapsing portal and transported to the Abyss.
    Portal: Any creature swallowed by the fiendwurm must make a DX roll each second to avoid falling through the portal and being transported to the Abyss. The Abyssal side of the portal is stationary, but the other side moves with the fiendwurm. If this portal is permanently closed, the fiendwurm loses 1 HP per minute, then dies without imploding.
    Demonic Belch (11): A fiendwurm can spit out 1d/2 demons (point value of each must not be higher than 50% of the fiendwurm’s) with Innate Attack (Breath) at +4 as if targeting an area within 10 yards. A fiendwurm can spit out up to 12 demons per day.
