Monster: Frost Salamander
The frost salamander is unrelated to the salamanders from the Elemental Plane of Fire. This is just a reptilian arctic monster with some cold-related abilities. Nothing special, but I like it.

Cold Aura: Anything within 4 yards of the frost salamander takes 1 point of burning damage per second. This damage comes from extreme cold, not heat, so it cannot set anything on fire.
