Powers: Random Mana Level Generation

Magical spells and abilities rely on mana in GURPS. The description and the fact that this is a limitation imply that low-mana areas are more common than high mana areas. Personally, I've always found myself forgetting about including mana level variations, but I promised myself to be wary of this in the future. What if you want to determine the local mana level on the fly? The area in question can be as large or as small as you want.

3d       |    Mana Level
3-4      |    No mana
5-8      |    Low mana
9-15    |    Normal mana
16-17  |    High mana
18       |    Very high mana

Optionally, you may roll 3d again to see if the local mana is anything special (see GURPS Thaumatology).

4-6      |    Aspected mana
7-14    |    Normal mana
15-17  |    Aspected mana
18       |    Wild mana
