Fire Aura: Anything that touches the combusted takes 1d-1 burning damage.
Fire Blast (12): A combusted can produce a jet of fire from its hands. This attack has no Acc, has 1/2D 5 and Max 10. Treat it as a melee weapon with a very long reach rather than as a ranged weapon. Do not apply penalties for target range and speed. On hit, it deals 1d+1 burning damage.
Combustion: If a combusted hits a creature with its punch, the victim begins to feel internal heat burning his body. This deals 1d-1 burning damage every 10 seconds for six cycles, ignoring external DR. Each cycle, including the first one that is resolved immediately after the hit, can be resisted by an HT roll. To stop the cyclic damage, the victim may submerge himself in water.
