Ultra-Tech/Vehicle: Panlunar Consortium Hoverbike

I decided to have some fun and crack open GURPS Vehicles 3eGURPS Ultra-Tech, and Pyramid 3-96 to create a hoverbike. Have to say, making hoverbikes is much easier than spaceships.
