Maybe houserule "swallow-whole" capability from SM. Since Face is -5 to attack due to size relative to body, and Mouth is about half the size of the face for an additional -2, then a creature of SM +7 or more (such as the purple worm) would have an effective SM 0 mouth (7 minus 7), which is as large as a SM 0 human. Therefore, able to fit one whole in its mouth. I leave the effects of being digested up to you. ^_^
