Monster: Black Dragon

Monster: Black Dragon

Black dragons live in the swamps, breathe acid, and backstab each other. I have decided to stat them up, because one of the characters in the game I'm hosting soon is going to hatch a black dragon egg. The racial template is for the adult age category.

  1. First, thanx for posting this, and all your other conversions, because they are incredibly useful in my campaign.

Second, I think you might be underestimating the size of the dragon.

Have you seen the chart on page 37 of the Draconomicon for D&D 3.5?

    Thanx again!

    1. You are right, I was using body length from that chart and got underwhelming results. Reworked this post, using the overall size. Will rework the white dragon too.
