The Forgotten Realms setting has a minor race of lizardmen that dwell in the desert. The asabi also
have a larger, stupider subrace called the stingtails. Despite the name, they do not have any stingers.

Asabi Mist
Despite the stingtail poison losing its potency quickly outside of the body, it can still be harvested and refined to create a respiratory agent. This poison flask can be thrown (range is STx3.5). Hitting a hard surface, it breaks, creating a cloud of poison gas in a 2-yard radius. Any creature that inhales the gas must make an immediate HT roll or begin to hallucinate for margin of failure seconds, then take 1d toxic damage one minute later.
