Blinding Beauty: The nymph can activate this ability at will as a Concentrate maneuver.
When she does so, anyone who sees her must roll Fright Check, using the Awe
variant table (GURPS Powers, p. 85). In
addition, every victim within 8 yards who is looking directly at the nymph,
must make a roll against HT or become permanently blind. This blindness is
magical – it can be dispelled normally. If a victim succeeds at his Fright
Check, he will be unaffected by the awe aspect of this ability for one hour. If
a victim succeeds at his Will roll to resist, he will be unaffected by the blinding
aspect of this ability for one hour.
Stunning Glance (11): The nymph can attempt to stun an enemy by locking eyes with him. Roll a
Quick Contest between of Will between the nymph and her target, penalized by
the range between them. Mind Shield adds to resistance against this ability. If
the nymph wins, the target suffers mental stun. On subsequent turns, he can
recover normally by making an unpenalized IQ roll.
