Treasure: Grafter's Axe

I'm running a short dungeon ported over to GURPS. The original is made for OSR and can be found here. The dungeon features an interesting piece of treasure - a grafter's axe that allows attaching severed limbs. I'm not sure if I ported this enchantment over to GURPS properly, but here's the result.

First, we have to make a Sorcery spell that accomplishes the desired effects.

Grafting Weapon
Keywords: Weapon Buff.
Full Cost: 66 points.
Casting Roll: None. Use Innate Attack (Gaze) to aim.
Range: 100 yards.
Duration: Three minutes.

Once cast upon a weapon, this spell causes it to do an additional 1d of follow-up (p. B105) cutting damage on limb, extremity, and neck hits, but only if the weapon deals cutting damage. This additional damage causes no blunt trauma and no knockback. When disarmed or dropped via a critical miss, the hand that holds the weapon falls off!
While you are wielding the weapon, any cutting attack that would cripple a limb or extremity costs you the use of that part (see p. B421) but inflicts no injury on you or it. Instead, it severs the body part, which falls to the ground and becomes inert. An extremity separates from its limb, while a limb separates from your torso. You may reattach body parts by holding them in place for a minute. You can reattach crippled body parts if the injury is temporary or lasting, but they remain crippled. Permanently crippled body parts are destroyed. You can reattach the hand that fell off because of a critical miss or a successful disarming attempt.
Additionally, if you sever a body part of another creature, you can attach it in place of yours. To do this, you must pay the character point cost of the attached body part.

This axe (LT65) can be activated by the wielder for 1 hour by taking a Concentrate maneuver and spending 1 FP. Once activated, this axe deals an additional 1d of follow-up (p. B105) cutting damage on limb, extremity, and neck hits. This additional damage causes no blunt trauma and no knockback. When disarmed or dropped via a critical miss, the hand that holds the axe falls off!
