Sorcery: Baleful Polymorph and Animal Spell Rework

In my last post I divulged my thoughts on all the Animal spells I have in the grimoire here and found out that many of them are absolutely useless. That's a beneficial effect of posts like these - to find problems and think of way of fixing them (I'll have to edit the overview post too). So, that's what I decided to do:
    - Specialized (Animal) Control spells lose Independent, +70% but also lose Suggestion, -40%. This way they retain the duration of the general Animal Control, but allow for a more direct control of the victim. They also became significantly cheaper, and now I can see them being situationally useful. Isn't that great?
    - Specialized Repel (Animal) spells have their duration decreased from 50 minutes to 30 seconds, and become non-selective. This makes them 8 points cheaper than the general Repel Animals spell, making them a viable choice in situations where you have not enough levels of Sorcerous Empowerment to get the general Repel Animals spell.
    - A new spell - Baleful Polymorph.
 
    Baleful Polymorph
    Keywords: Resisted (Will).
    Full Cost: 63 points or more.
    Casting Roll: Will.
    Range: Unlimited.
    Duration: Permanent.
 
    The caster transforms the subject into an animal. Clothing and gear weighing no more than his BL change with him. He cannot shift back on his own; he must wait for the spell to be dispelled. This spell cannot be dispelled by Dispel Magic – it requires Remove Curse. Also, even if the polymorphed subject walks into a no-mana zone, he will not revert back – the changed shape is not considered a magical effect for these purposes. Each animal form is a different spell, to be learned separately. The caster may only learn the form of an animal with which he is familiar. If the subject is knocked out or killed, he immediately reverts to his native form (which will also be unconscious or dead).
    The subject retains his intelligence, but gains all the physical attributes of the new form.
    Statistics: Affliction 1 (Will; Advantage, Baleful Polymorph, +150%; Based on Will, +20%; Cosmic, Immune to Dispel Magic, +50%; Extended Duration, Permanent, +150%; Malediction 2, +150%; No Signature, +20%; Sorcery, -15%) [63]. Notes: “Baleful Polymorph” is Alternate Form (Animal) [15]. This spell costs 63 points for a racial template worth no more than the subject’s native racial template. A more powerful form costs 63 points plus 90% of the difference in cost between the subject’s native template and that of the animal form. The caster may learn to affect more powerful subjects by investing more points into this spell.
