Unapproachable East has a monster section that is mostly comprised of templates (lenses in GURPS terms). Some of them are interesting, some are not. Here's the first batch.

    Branch Slam (10): thrust 6d+1 crushing (KYOS: 7d+2 crushing), Reach C-3.
    Animate Trees: A treant can animate trees within 60 yards feet at will, controlling up to two trees at a time. It takes 5 seconds for a normal tree to uproot itself. Thereafter it moves and fights as a treant in all respects (they are built at 100% of the treant’s point value), obeying the treant’s orders. If the treant is stunned, knocked out, mind-controlled, etc., the animated trees are similarly affected. The reverse is also true. Death of one party instantly kills the others.
    Bark Armor: This tough outer layer of bark absorbs 15 points of basic damage from attacks, and must be chipped off before the creature can be injured. The creature’s basic DR is permanent, and still protects once this is gone.
    Blight Touch: Any creature that touches the blightspawned treant with its bare skin must make a successful HT-4 roll or contact a supernatural disease. This is a disease that can only be removed by Cure Disease spell. This magical affliction sets in 1d days after contact, dealing 1d-2 non-incendiary burning damage every day for 60 days. An animal or plant infected by a blightspawned’s blight touch becomes a blightspawned itself after death.
