Enlil is the ruler of the Sumerian pantheon, son of Nammu, the sea. Enlil could be said to be the very breath mortals draw into their lungs. As a deity of war, Enlil is keenly interested in what his worshipers are doing.
 
Inanna

Inanna is a fickle goddess. Though she followes laws she herself has established, she does not expect the same of lovers or warriors – all’s fair in love and war. Once the wife on Enlil, she’s now been set aside and she seethes under his rule.

Ki is the goddess of nature that maintains the relationships between the Sumerian deities and other deities of earth. With the death of Enki, Ki has been slowly taking on the responsibilities of river and water. Ki is the most barbaric deity of the pantheon. She doesn’t hold with mortal civilizations – at least, not at the expense of nature – but she goes along with her fellows to keep the peace. She welcomes those who reject the trappings of buildings and society.
 
Nanna-Sin

Nanna-Sin is the god of the moon. Enlil keeps him from interacting too directly with mortals. Nanna-Sin is known to spy on the gods of the other pantheons, and he encourages his followers to do the same.
