Monster: Rakshasa

Let's go back to converting monsters, there aren't that many left in the Monster Manual for D&D 3.5. This post details the rakshasa - an innately magical shapeshifting/mindreading tigerman. Also, I decided to also add the description of their racial deity Ravanna from the Dragon Magazine #326. The deity's portfolio is very similar to the scope of rakshasas innate spellcasting, so why would a rakshasa worship their own racial deity? I've decided to change things a bit to make the deity expand their racial spellcasting.

Ravanna is the ten-headed lord of all rakshasas and embodies the ideals of that race. Decadent and egomaniacal, he possesses a cruel intellect, diabolical cumming, and patient subtleness that all of his minions aspire to.

Dogma: Ravanna demands that his servants expand their power and influence while remaining unnoticed. Ravanna demands daily sacrifices of both wealth and blood and sometimes grants his powers to those who simply placate him with gifts.
