Powers: Language of the Mind
Phew, I've been busy lately between work and organizing a new game. So, here's a low effort post to show you that I'm still alive.
I've been looking through the books for the 4th edition of D&D to find anything interesting to convert. A small box in Psionic Power caught my attention - the language of the mind. This is a written language that is based on an array of thoughts and sensations common to all thinking creatures. Some believe that it serves as a base to all telepathic abilities. This language only exists in the written form. It can be learned by any creature that has a telepathic ability, be it innate or learned, but it can be understood by any creature that has any psionic abilities or telepathic abilities of other sources. Thus, a mage with the Telepathy spell could write a message in the Language of the Mind, and an esper or another mage with the Telepathy spell could understand it. However, they would not be able to write anything in this language, even if they replicate the exact patterns, unless they learn this language themselves.
Thus, this language can be represented as follows:
Language of the Mind (Broken) [2]
Statistics: Language (Language of the Mind; None/Broken/None; Universal, Telepaths and psis, +40%) [2].
Language of the Mind (Accented) [3]
Statistics: Language (Language of the Mind; None/Accented/None; Universal, Telepaths and psis, +40%) [3].
Language of the Mind (Native) [5]
Statistics: Language (Language of the Mind; None/Native/None; Universal, Telepaths and psis, +40%) [5].
