Monsters/Racial Templates: Apes and Monkeys

I've decided to convet some monsters and races from D&D and Pathfinder unified by a common theme - they are all simian-like. I combed through the books and found a surprisingly high number of them, but probably missed some too. I omitted unique beings, such as Demogorgon, General Monkey, and Monkey (Greater Spirit).

First, we have four proper simian races - the vanara from Oriental Adventures, the hadozee from Stormwrack, the orang-pendak from Bestiary 5, and the monkey goblin from the Inner Sea Bestiary. In my opinion, these races are quite interesting, even though the vanara does not provide much interesting in mechanical terms. The hadozee have Flight (Gliding) and that's cool. Also, if my memory serves me correctly, they originated from the Spelljammer setting. Then, we have three races from Savage Species - anthropomorphic ape, anthropomorphic baboon, and anthropomorphic monkey. Their templates lack the typical mental disadvantages for their parent-animals, so the templates' costs are quite high.

Then we have creatures that are even less viable for player characters. Brood monkeys are highly religious humans degraded into ape-like state. They hide in the lost cities and perform rituals without knowing their meaning. That's actually a cool and unsettling concept, I like it a lot. I don't get why they shrunk though.

When the nature feels threatened, it (or a deity with a nature portfolio) may create a legendary animal as a protector. This is a normal animal, but stronger, tougher, and faster. Typically, legendary animals accompany powerful druids. Legendary apes are one of many examples of such animals.

Cloaked apes are magical beasts that live in deep jungles. They have patagial skin flaps, just like the hadozee, are vulnerable to silver, and able to regenerate quickly. What a weird creature.

Dakons are a race of intelligent apes. They make their home in the warm parts of the world, though they rarely lair near a large body of water (they don’t like large bodies of water). Basically, this is the ape racial templates with no animal mental disadvantages. More humanoid than apes, less humanoid than anthropomorphic apes.
