Monster: Spirit of the Air

A winged monkey spirit creature with some air abilities. Very weird, but I think it has roots in the Eastern folklore.

    Whirlwind Form: By taking a Ready maneuver, the spirit of the air can transform into a whirlwind. It may stay in that form for up to one minute, after which it cannot reactivate this ability for five minutes. In the whirlwind form, the racial template is replaced by the whirlwind form one (see notes above).
    In addition, while in the whirlwind form, the spirit of the air constantly creates rushing wind around itself. First, for every creature or unattended object within 2 yards of it, roll 4d as for crushing damage, determine knockback, and then double the distance; however, the victim suffers no actual damage or blunt trauma from the effect – just the consequences of being hurled around. As a special effect, knockback from this moves victims sideways (all clockwise or all anticlockwise; decide when triggering the attack) rather than away from the spirit of the air. Second, Dodge of the spirit of the air and all creatures within 2 yards of it is increased by 2 against projectile attacks.
