    Manifest Maw (20): thrust 3d impaling + follow-up poison (resisted by HT; -5 to HT for margin of failure minutes), Reach C. Can be used against substantial or insubstantial beings.
    Head-Tentacle (20): thrust 1d-1 crushing (KYOS: 1d-3 crushing) + follow-up 1d fatigue damage, Reach C. Effective ST 12 (KYOS: 9). These ten tentacles lack the leverage to use any weapon that must be swung. Subtract one yard from the reach of any melee weapon wielded by the head-tentacles. Treat FP lost to the attack identically to FP lost to dehydration for all purposes, notably recovery.
    Extract Brain (17): With a Concentrate maneuver, a brain collector can extract the brain from a target creature in line of sight. This is a psionic teleportation attack that requires a Quick Contest of the brain collector’s Will against the target’s HT. A roll to resist failed by less than 5 mentally stuns the target, allowing them to roll against HT again once per second to recover. If the victim fails by 5 or more, or rolls a critical failure, their brain is extracted. The target immediately dies, unless it can survive without a brain. Each successful extraction replenishes 1 point of ER for the brain collector. A neh-thalggu can store no more than 13 brains at a time.
