Monster: Taint Elemental

Here we have the last of the "true" elementals from D&D 3.5 (as in elementals that have size/age/power
categories). Taint elementals use the taint system from Heroes of Horror that I adapted to GURPS in the past. Also, they can teleport for some reason.
