Treasure: Dusts

Dungeon Master's Guide for D&D 3.5 has a surprising number of magical dusts. Here's my attempt at converting them to GURPS.

Dust of Appearance

Dust of Appearance – as an enchanted item (using Sorcery)
This fine powder appears to be a very fine, very light metallic dust. A single handful of this substance flung into the air coats objects within a 4-yard radius around the user, making them visible for 3 minutes even if they are invisible. Each subject within the area resists with DX.       
Statistics: Affliction 1 (DX; Area Effect, 4 yards, +100%; Based on DX, +20%; Cosmic, Irresistible Attack, +300%; Emanation, -20%; Fixed Duration, +0%; Magical, -10%; Negated Advantage, Invisibility, +40%) [53]. Dust, One-Use, x0.2; 11 EP.
            TL3 Price: 2 x ($70 + 11 x $320) = $7,180.

Dust of Dryness

Dust of Dryness – as an enchanted item (using Sorcery)
This special dust has many uses. If it is thrown into water, a volume of as much as 100 gallons is instantly transformed to nothingness, and the dust becomes a marble-sized pellet, floating or resting where it was thrown. If this pellet is hurled down, it breaks and releases the same volume of water. The dust affects only water (fresh, salt, alkaline), not other liquids.
Statistics: Create Water 9 (Cosmic, Can revert later, +50%; Cosmic, No roll required, +100%; Destruction Only, +0%; Magical, -10%) [108]. Dust, One-Use, x0.2; 22 EP.
            TL3 Price: 2 x ($150 + 22 x $320) = $14,380.

Dust of Illusion – as an enchanted item (using Sorcery)
This unremarkable powder resembles chalk dust or powdered graphite. Stare at it, however, and the dust changes color and form. Put dust of illusion on a creature, and that creature and its gear up to its Medium encumbrance is affected as if by a deceptive glamer, with the individual who sprinkles the dust envisioning the illusion desired. An unwilling target is allowed a HT roll to avoid the dust. The glamer lasts for 90 minutes.

Dust of Tracelessness

Dust of Tracelessness – as an enchanted item (using Sorcery)
This normal-seeming dust is actually a magic powder that can conceal the passage of its possessor and his companions. Tossing a handful of this dust into the air causes any evidence of the passage of everyone within 4 yards of the user to disappear. The dust erases the evidence no more than two days old. Unwilling subjects resists with DX.
Statistics: Affliction 1 (DX; Accessibility, Only two days, -40%; Advantage, Dust of Tracelessness, +480%; Area Effect, 4 yards, +100%; Based on DX, +20%; Emanation, -20%; Extended Duration, 1,000x, +120%; Fixed Duration, +0%; Magical, -10%; Time-Spanning, Past Only, +0%) [75]. Dust of Sneezing and Choking

Dust of Sneezing and Choking – as an enchanted item (using Sorcery)
This fine dust appears to be dust of appearance. If cast into the air, it causes those within a 4-yard radius who fail to hold breath and fail to resist with HT to fall into fits of sneezing and coughing for margin of failure minutes. Those who fail their resistance roll by 5 or more experience a fit of choking instead.
Statistics: Affliction 1 (HT; Area Effect, 4 yards, +100%; Coughing, +20%; Emanation, -20%; Magical, -10%; Respiratory Agent, +50%; Secondary Choking, +20%) [26]. Dust, One-Use, x0.2; 6 EP.
