Magic: Truename Magic

I've already covered the truename magic conversion to Sorcery, but it always felt that studying true names of things should be skill-based. I can imagine academies where scholars study huge tomes of true names and practice the pronunciation. I figured that if you know a true name for the word "body", for example, then you would be able to affect the bodies in different ways, and for this I think Ritual Magic works the best.
Truename magic is a branch of arcane magic that also utilizes the skill-based magic system. The truenamers use Truespeech, the fundamental language of the universe, to create magical effects. They do not require gestures, magical words pronounced with a normal conversation volume level are enough. The Magery advantage gains the Song, -40% limitation.
This type of magic does not react normally to the mana levels. It always functions like if the mana level were normal, with the exception of zero-mana zones. In this case, it functions like if the mana level were low.
The truenamers cannot create anything, which limits the scope of their magic. This makes creating bulk matter, projectiles, and enchanted items impossible. The truenamers do not use colleges, they cast spells ritually from their lexicons (see below).
Finally, the Magery (Truename) advantage is Magery (Ritual; Song, -40%) [3 for level 1, +6/level].
The use of Names (GURPS Thaumatology, p. 245) is advised for this form of magic.
