Here we have magical lenses and goggles converted from the Dungeon Master's Guide for D&D 3.5. Goggles of the night have a misleading name - they actually are lenses.

Eyes of Charming – as an enchanted item (using
Sorcery)
These
two crystal lenses fit over the user’s eyes. By locking eyes with a victim, the
wearer can attempt to control its mind as per Mind Control (p. B68). Each
attempt and each minute of maintenance costs 1 FP. If the wearer has only one
lens, he gets a -2 penalty on the IQ roll needed to use this ability.

These
two crystal lenses fit over the user’s eyes. By locking eyes with a victim, the
wearer can attempt to control its mind as per Mind Control (p. B68). Each

Eyes of Doom
Eyes of Doom – as an enchanted item (using Sorcery)
These
two crystal lenses fit over the user’s eyes. By locking eyes with a victim
within 10 yards, the wearer can force the victim to make a Fright Check. This require
a Quick Contest of Will. If the wearer wins, roll 3d for the result and add his
margin of victory instead of the victim’s margin of failure. The victim gets +1
per Fright Check after the first within 24 hours. If a victim successfully resists,
he will be unaffected by these eyes of
doom for one hour. Each attempt costs 1 FP. If the wearer has only one
lens, he gets a -2 penalty on the Will roll needed to use this ability.

Eyes of Petrification
Eyes of Petrification – as an enchanted item (using
Sorcery)
These
items are made of special crystal and fit over the eyes of the wearer. By
locking eyes with a victim, the wearer can attempt to petrify it. Roll a Quick
Contest of the wearer’s Will against the victim’s HT. If the victim fails to
resist, he and anything he is carrying become stone. This cannot be undone via
Dispel Magic (GURPS Thaumatology: Sorcery,
p. 21); countering it requires Remove Curse (GURPS Thaumatology: Sorcery, p. 21) or the equivalent of Stone to
Flesh (GURPS Magic, p. 53). Both
lenses must be worn for the magic to be effective. Each use costs 1 FP.

Eyes of Petrification – as a metatronic generator
(using Pyramid 3-46)
These
items are made of special crystal and fit over the eyes of the wearer. By
locking eyes with a victim, the wearer can attempt to petrify it. Roll a Quick
Contest of the wearer’s Will against the victim’s HT. If the victim fails to
resist, he and anything he is carrying become stone. This cannot be undone via
Dispel Magic (GURPS Thaumatology: Sorcery,
p. 21); countering it requires Remove Curse (GURPS Thaumatology: Sorcery, p. 21) or the equivalent of Stone to

Eyes of the Eagle – as an enchanted item (using

These
items are made of special crystal and fit over the eyes of the wearer. These
lenses grant the wearer Telescopic Vision 2 (p. B92). Wearing only one of the
pair causes a character to become mentally stunned. Thereafter, the wearer can
use the single lens without being stunned so long as she covers her other eye.
Of course, she can remove the single lens and see normally at any time, or wear
both lenses to end or avoid the dizziness.
