Magic: Fire and Mind Control Spells

Wall of Fire feels like such an iconic spell, but I was surprised to not find it in GURPS Magic. Fire Seeds is a useful spell for unarmed druids. Hideous Laughter and Irresistible Dance apply irritant conditions to the victims. Useful for parties.
  
Fire

Fire Seeds
Regular

You turn an acorn into an explosive thrown weapon. An explosive acorn can be thrown. It explodes on impact, dealing 2d cr ex damage.
This is also a Plant spell.
Duration: 1 minute.
Cost: 2. Half to maintain.
Prerequisites: Magery 1, Create Fire, Shape Plant.

Item
(a) Wand, staff, or jewelry. Usable only by mages. Energy cost to create: 250. (b) An acorn may be made permanently explosive for 10 times casting cost.

Wall of Fire
Regular

Creates a wall of fire, which does not block vision. Any creature passing through the wall takes 1d+1 burning damage. The Wall of Fire is four yards high. Higher walls are possible at a proportionately increased energy cost (double for double height, etc).
Duration: 10 minutes.
Cost: 3 per yard length to cast. Same cost to maintain.
Time to cast: 2 seconds.
Prerequisite: Magery 1, Create Fire, Shape Fire.

Item
(a) Staff. Usable only by mages. Energy cost to create: 400. (b) A Wall of Fire may be made permanent at an energy cost of 100 times normal.
  
Mind Control

Hideous Laughter
Regular; Resisted by Will

The subject begins to laugh uncontrollably. Treat this as coughing (see Irritating Conditions, p. B428).
Duration: 10 seconds.
Cost: 2. Same cost to maintain.
Prerequisites: Emotion Control.

Item
Staff or wand. Usable only by mages; the item must touch the subject. Energy cost to create: 200.

Irresistible Dance
Regular; Resisted by Will

The subject feels an undeniable urge to dance and begins doing so, complete with foot shuffling and tapping. The spell effect makes it impossible for the subject to do anything other than caper and prance in place. The subject has a -3 penalty to all DX, IQ, skill roll, and cannot move beyond taking a Step maneuver.
Duration: 10 seconds.
Cost: 4. Same cost to maintain.
Prerequisites: Magery 2, Command.

Item
Staff or wand. Usable only by mages; the item must touch the subject. Energy cost to create: 600.
