I am preparing to run a conversion of a classic D&D module. Having made the goblinoid and kobold racial templates, now I can convert some NPCs too! They are weak, but I always felt that there needs to be more weak monsters for low-level play.

Spellcasting: The kobold sorcerer is a spellcaster with Sorcery Talent 1. It has a white dragon bloodline that limits his scope of spells to cold spells, meta-spells, and flight spells, but has no Sorcerous Empowerment. The kobold sorcerers has two learned spells that do not require skill-based casting roll and mandatory verbal and somatic components:
Detect Magic (11);
Ray of Frost 1 (12).

    Very handy - at some point I do want to run some classic goblins-and-kobold type dungeon dives, so I could see myself getting use out of these. That said, ST6 seems a little on the low side for Goblins; their "average" hit produces very little damage.
